Shipping Information

All fairings are expected to be ready for shipment in 7-10 working days from the order date.

We need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. Please bear in mind that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our packages need a signature after you get your package. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your package.

It takes approximately 12-25 days in total for the fairings to be delivered to your doorstep depending on the shipping destination. United States, Canda and Singapore,etc cosumers can have package in hand within 12 days after the order date.European countries cosumers can get orders 18 days after the order date, other countries and areas, it takes about 25 days.
cosumers can load in the account to track the status of the roders and we also will send emails to cosumers upon the status is updated.This lead time consists of the time taken for production, time for paint to completely dry and delivery time.

The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail which will also include a tracking number of your package.

We offer a 30-day return & exchange guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance for further instructions. We are sorry that shipping charges are not refundable.

For Returns
If you want to return your items, please notify us firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 30 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

For Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. But if your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it.
